As Director – Designs of BlueTitans Ltd., Edward provides creative and strategic leadership across the company’s design functions, helping transform concepts and client requirements into innovative, functional and visually compelling spaces. The role covers design direction for real estate developments, building projects, renovations, interior spaces and property transformation initiatives.
Edward works closely with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and project teams to develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, cost considerations and long-term value. Through a collaborative and detail-oriented approach, Edward ensures that design concepts are practical, distinctive and aligned with the overall objectives of each project.
Overseeing the design process from initial concept development through refinement and implementation. This includes reviewing design proposals, coordinating design teams, maintaining quality standards and ensuring that creative decisions remain consistent with project requirements and the BlueTitans Ltd. brand vision.
