As Executive Director – Finance & Administration of BlueTitans Ltd., Lydia provides strategic leadership across the company’s financial management, administrative operations and corporate support functions. The role is central to ensuring that the company maintains sound financial discipline, effective internal processes and the administrative capacity required to support sustainable growth.
Lydia oversees financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, expenditure control and resource allocation, ensuring that financial decisions are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and project requirements. Through careful monitoring and analysis, Lydia supports management in making informed decisions that promote profitability, efficiency and long-term value creation.
On the administrative side, Lydia develops and maintains systems that promote accountability, professionalism and operational efficiency across the organization. This includes supporting human-resource coordination, documentation, corporate procedures, compliance, records management and effective communication between departments.
Working closely with the executive leadership and project teams, Lydia ensures that financial and administrative considerations are properly integrated into BlueTitans Ltd.’s real estate, construction, remodeling, property development and management activities. Giving particular attention to cost control, risk management, financial transparency and the efficient deployment of organizational resources.
